Design Approval
When placing an order, I am giving my approval that my interior graphics will be printed with the selected or submitted artwork, and that design changes are not possible after the order has been placed.
Image Copyright
I confirm that I am the owner or have the necessary licensing rights for any uploaded artwork or photography used in the Customizer.
Site Image Submission
GreenScenes requires an image of my interior graphic installation site(s) before proceeding with production to assess design and installation feasibility. I acknowledge that I will only receive a final proof to approve once I submit an image of my installation site to my Order Concierge. Production of my graphics will not begin until I have given the Order Concierge written proof approval.
Proof Approval
The design displayed in the Customizer tool is a preliminary representation and not the final proof. For products purchased through the Customizer or Collections options, the GreenScenes order concierge will contact me within 2-4 business days of placing my order and request an image of the installation site. Next, they will provide me with a proof of the interior graphics for my review and approval. I acknowledge that my order will only proceed to production upon receiving my written approval of the provided proof. Written approval is a mandatory step to ensure the accurate realization of my customized product.
Installation Conditions
Highly-textured walls may not provide enough surface area for wallpaper to properly adhere. If you believe you have highly-textured walls, please take a photo and send it to your Order Concierge or info@greenscenes.net for an assessment of your wall conditions.
Additionally, to allow proper adhesion of your graphics, you must ensure the wall or installation surface is smooth and free or irregularities. Fill any holes and patch any blemishes. Once patching is complete, carefully sand the area to create a smooth finish. Once sanding is complete, remove all dust and debris from the surface and apply a coat of primer to the repaired areas to ensure optimal adhesion and a uniform appearance. Allow at least 48 hours for the primer to fully cure before the scheduled installation. This waiting period is crucial for ensuring the primer sets properly, providing a solid foundation for your graphics. If completing a DIY Installation, it's essential to remove any residual dust, oils, or contaminants prior to installation that could inhibit proper adhesion of the graphics. This can be achieved by thoroughly wiping down the surface with either rubbing alcohol or a highly-diluted soap-water mixture. Before proceeding with the installation, make sure the wall is completely dry, as any moisture can compromise the adhesive’s effectiveness and the longevity of your graphics.
Measurement Approval
When submitting an order, I acknowledge and accept that we will proceed with printing the requested item(s) based on the measurements I have provided. It is important to note that once this approval is given, changes to the measurements cannot be made unless the Measurement Guarantee service has been included with my order. If I am interested in adding the Measurement Guarantee to my order, it must be added to my cart prior to checkout.
Installation Service Area Eligibility Confirmation
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my ZIP code is within GreenScenes' service area before placing an order. If my location is outside the standard coverage area, additional fees may apply. Prior to placing my order, I will check my ZIP code eligibility here to avoid any unexpected charges.
Installation Appointment Requirements
For orders that include installation, an appointment will be arranged through our order concierge. Clients are required to prepare installation surfaces as specified in our Graphic Installation Appointment Requirements. If these conditions are not met at the time of the scheduled appointment, rescheduling will be necessary, and additional charges will apply.
I acknowledge that if I must cancel within 48 hours of my Installation Appointment, I will be subject to additional fees. Additionally, if an authorized individual is not present on-site at the time of the appointment, I will need to reschedule and may incur charges for the missed appointment.
Measurement Guarantee Approval
If the Measurement Guarantee is included with my order, GreenScenes is responsible for additional costs associated with reprints and arranging an additional Graphic Installation appointment (if applicable). If the measurements calculated during the Measurement Guarantee are different from the original measurements provided in my order, I will either be reimbursed or charged for the difference in material square footage.
Contract Acceptance, Change, and Waiver
This contract between Seller and Buyer is embodied in the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order together with any supplemental documents, drawings, notes, instructions, or technical data referred to herein. The seller accepts the terms of the contract by commencing performance or returning a written acknowledgment to the Buyer. In the event that Seller submits its own form of acknowledgment, any terms thereof at variance with the terms of the contract shall be ineffective unless accepted in writing by the Buyer. No waiver or modification of any provision of the contract shall arise or be valid unless made in writing and duly executed by the Buyer. Waiver of any one default shall not waive subsequent defaults.
Prices And Discounts
All prices listed on our website or in our product catalogs are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed are accurate, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with incorrect pricing.
Prices listed do not include applicable sales tax, unless otherwise indicated. Sales tax will be calculated during the checkout process based on your shipping address and local tax laws.
The cost of shipping and handling will be added to your order total unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotions, or special offers. If you have a valid coupon code, it must be entered at the time of checkout. Only one coupon code can be applied per order, and coupon codes may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
Delays In Delivery
Seller will not be liable for damages due to delays in delivery caused by factors beyond its reasonable control. However, if Seller does not substantially comply with Buyer’s delivery schedule for any reason, Buyer may either approve a revised delivery schedule or terminate the order without liability to Seller.
Termination
Buyer reserves the right to terminate, in whole or in part, this Purchase Order under certain conditions, including Seller's failure to perform or deliver within specified times or if Seller becomes insolvent or faces bankruptcy proceedings. Buyer's liability shall be limited to the payment of the Purchase Order price for completed items furnished prior to termination.
Packing and Shipping
All items are to be suitably boxed, wrapped, or crated against hazards during shipment, storage, and exposure. No separate charges shall be made for cartons, wrapping, packing, crating, delivery, or any other charges unless agreed upon in writing on the face of this order.
Receiving
All goods shipped to the vendor/sub shall be inspected for defects and damage upon delivery. If damage is discovered, it is the vendor's responsibility to file a freight claim within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, the vendor will be held responsible for repairs or replacement of the product. Prior to Buyer’s final acceptance, the goods ordered hereunder are subject to inspection and testing by the Buyer. Final inspection and acceptance shall be conclusive except for latent defects, fraud, or such gross mistakes as to amount to fraud. If any goods are defective or otherwise not in conformity with the requirements of this order, the Buyer may either reject them or require their correction. Rejected goods shall be removed, corrected, or replaced promptly at the Seller's risk and expense, and if retendered, they shall be clearly identified as such by the Seller. If rejected goods are not promptly replaced or corrected, Buyer may, at their option: A) Obtain such goods or services elsewhere and charge Seller for any increased costs incurred; B) Terminate the contract for Seller’s default as provided under the termination clause of this agreement; or C) Accept the goods at a reduced price. These remedies do not preclude Buyer’s recourse to any other remedy available at law or in equity.
Warranty
Seller warrants that all articles will be merchantable and free from defects in material and workmanship, and will conform to descriptions furnished by Buyer. If Seller is responsible for the design of the article(s), Seller warrants that the article(s) will be fit and sufficient for the purpose intended by the Buyer. The warranties of the Seller, along with its service guarantees, shall survive inspection, testing, and acceptance and shall apply to Buyer and/or Buyer’s customers. This warranty is in addition to those created by law.
Inspection of Contract
This contract shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Washington.
Assignment
This contract may not be assigned by the Seller without the written consent of the Buyer.
