Does GreenScenes install onsite?
Yes! GreenScenes comes directly to your home or office to install your interior graphics.
How do you arrange a GreenScenes installation?
When ordering a GreenScenes product, be sure to select 'INCLUDE on-site graphic installation' to add this service to your order. After placing your order, our concierge will contact you within 2-4 business days to schedule the most convenient installation time. Please note that installer availability may vary by season.
Does it matter if my wall is textured when installing wallpaper?
Yes. A highly-textured wall may not provide enough surface area for the wallpaper to properly adhere. If you have questions about ordering wallpaper for a high-textured wall, please contact info@greenscenes.net.
Are GreenScenes' installers certified?
Yes! GreenScenes works with certified installers.
Can GreenScenes install anywhere?

What do I need to do to prepare for a DIY installation?
View our DIY Installation Guidelines here. All installation surfaces need to be clear of fixtures, furniture, picture frames, devices, counters, outlet covers, or cabinets. All holes and blemishes must be filled, sanded, and primed. Walls should be wiped down to remove dust and all other particulates.
Highly-textured walls may cause adhesion issues. If you feel you have highly textured walls, please take a photo and sent it to info@greenscenes.net for an assessment or your wall conditions.

What do I need to do to prepare for a GreenScenes installation?

In order for GreenScenes to install, all installation surfaces need to be clear of fixtures, furniture, picture frames, devices, counters, or cabinets. All holes and blemishes must be filled, sanded, and primed. Also, there needs to be three feet of space cleared around the surface to be installed on. If these requirements are not met when we arrive for your installation appointment, you will be subject to additional charges for an additional installation appointment.
How long does it take for GreenScenes to install graphics?
This depends on the size of your interior graphics. Your Order Concierge will establish and communicate a necessary window of time for the graphic installation to be completed.
Do I need to be there for a GreenScenes installation?
Our installer will need someone there upon arrival to allow access to the site. We recommend having someone on-site during installation.
What if I need to cancel my GreenScenes installation appointment?
If you need to cancel, reach out to your Order Concierge as soon as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of the installation, you will be subject to additional fees.
What happens if there's an issue with incorrect measurements during installation?
If you have not properly prepared the space for installation, you will be subject to additional charges for an additional installation appointment. View requirements for your Graphic Installation Appointment here.
If the interior graphics do not fit properly within the space due to the provided measurements being incorrect, you will be subject to pay for the graphics to be reprinted and for a second installation. If the interior graphics do not fit properly within the space and you purchased the Measurement Guarantee survey, GreenScenes is responsible to reprint and arrange a second installation Appointment.
