What type of interior graphics can I order?
We currently offer wallpaper and windows graphics
What is the difference between Collections and Customize?
When it comes to selecting artwork for your interior graphics, we provide two options. The first option is to select a design from our carefully curated Collections, which are exclusively offered by our interior graphic artwork curators. The artwork available in our Collections can only be found at GreenScenes. The second option is to Customize your own artwork by uploading your own photo or design file. This allows you to create a unique, one-of-a-kind interior graphic that truly represents your style and taste.
Are graphics made-to-order?
For file types, we accept pngs, jpgs and PDFs. For resolution, we recommend files are a minimum of 150pixels per inch(ppi), with 300 ppi and above as a gold.
It's important to us to deliver the highest quality graphics possible. After placing an order, your order concierge will work with you if a higher resolution image is required.
How do I take measurements of my space?
We’ve created a list of best-practices for measuring your space here. If you are looking for more support, we offer an additional service where we survey your space and calculate perfect measurements with our Measurement Guarantee.
Once I place my order, what are the next steps?
After receiving your order, your Order Concierge will request a room photo to verify your design is optimized for your space. We’ll then present you with a final design proof for your approval. Upon receiving your confirmation, GreenScenes will begin the sustainable production of your graphics.
Are all graphics sustainably produced?
Yes! All GreenScenes wallpaper and window graphics are produced on PVC-free material, and are 100% recyclable through GreenScene’s recycling partnerships. We ensure that every order results in zero landfill waste production.
Do you install the interior graphics?
Yes! We have professional graphic installation reach nationwide and offer this as an additional service for every order. If selected, your order concierge will be in contact to arrange the earliest and most convenient time possible. Please note that depending on the season, the availability of installers may be limited.
How long does it take for graphics to be received or installed once I order?
Our process timelines vary based on which services are included in your order.

For a standard interior graphic order (not including the Measurement Guarantee and/or Graphic Installation), once we receive your final proof approval, we will print your graphics and ship them within 2–4 business days.

If Measurement Guarantee is the only additional service included with your order, your Order Concierge will be in contact within 2-4 business days to arrange the Measurement Guarantee Appointment. Please note that depending on the season, the availability of installers may be limited. After the appointment is completed and we’ve received your final proof approval, we will print and ship your graphics within 2–4 business days.

If Graphic Installation is the only additional service included with your order, we will print and ship your graphics within 2–4 business days after receiving your final proof approval. Your Order Concierge will be in contact within that time to arrange the Graphic Installation Appointment at the earliest and most convenient time possible. Please note that depending on the season, the availability of installers may be limited.

If both the Measurement Guarantee and Graphic Installation are included with your order, your Order Concierge will be in contact to schedule both visits at the earliest and most convenient time possible. Please note that there will be at least 5-7 business days between the Measurement Guarantee and Graphic Installation to allow time for final proof approval, production, and shipping. Additionally, the availability of installers may be limited depending on the season.

COLLECTIONS

How do you choose your curators?
GreenScenes connects with contemporary mural and environmental artists to create an exclusive collection for GreenScenes. Our inaugural curator, Williamson Studio, has provided our first look into conceptual themes for walls and widows, but there is plenty more to come.
Are there specific themes or styles that the collections feature?
We currently offer interior graphics designed specifically for rooms for the home and for corporate offices. For the home, this includes bedrooms, living/dining/great rooms, and home offices. For corporate offices, this includes conference rooms/offices, hallways, and breakrooms. Many of our designs are versatile enough to go in any room based on your preference.
We also help you filter artwork based on your color preferences.
Can collections from GreenScenes be purchased anywhere else?
Nope! Our curators design exclusive collections that can only be found at GreenScenes.
How frequently do you update collections with new artwork?
GreenScenes is contantly working on a new artwork and updates our collections multiple times per year.
Can artists submit their work to become curators for GreenScenes?
Yes! If you are interested in becoming a curator and selling your exclusive interior graphic collection on GreenScenes, please reach out to us at info@greenscenes.com.

CUSTOMIZE

What kind of artwork can I upload to the Customizer?
Whether you have a photo from a recent vacation, a collage of images with your friends, a unique illustration, a quote you love, a mural, or a step-and-repeat pattern, your space is your canvas. As long as your image is either a PDF, PNG, or JPEG, it can be uploaded to the GreenScenes Customizer.
What file type and resolution are required for custom graphics?
For file types, we accept PNGs, JPGs, and PDFs. For resolution, we recommend files are a minimum of 150 pixels per inch (ppi), with 300 ppi and above as a goal. It’s important to us to deliver the highest quality graphic possible. After placing an order, your order concierge will work with you if a higher resolution image is required.
Will my interior graphics be printed as shown in the Customizer?
The image previewed with the Customizer tool is a preview, not the final proof. After placing your order, your Order Concierge will be in contact to request an image of your installation site (your room). Once received, we will provide you with a proof of your interior graphics for your review and approval. We only move forward with production when we're certain you'll love the result.

SAMPLES

What products can I purchase samples of?
We offer samples for all artwork from our Collections, or samples of your custom uploaded artwork.
How large are samples?
Samples are one foot long by one foot wide, equaling one square foot of material.
Can I buy multiple samples?
Yes! We only offer samples in one square foot of material, but you're welcome to purchase samples for as many designs as you'd like

MEASUREMENT GUARANTEE

What is the Measurement Guarantee?
The Measurement Guarantee is an additional service by GreenScenes that ensures your interior graphic measurements are perfect. We accomplish this by including a professional site survey prior to producing your graphics.
Why should I purchase the Measurement Guarantee?
The Measurement Guarantee ensures that your graphics are produced to the correct size for your space. This ensures the utmost accuracy and satisfaction with your order, removing the chance for any additional costs associated with reprints or additional Installation Appointments.
For the Measurement Guarantee, do you measure my entire house or office?
No, we only measure the surfaces that you have purchased graphics for.
How much time does the Measurement Guarantee add to my order?

What if I need to cancel my Measurement Guarantee appointment?
If you need to cancel, reach out to your Order Concierge as soon as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, you will be subject to additional fees.
What happens if the dimensions calculated during the Measurement Guarantee survery are different that what I ordered?
If these measurements are different from the original measurements provided in your order, you will either be reimbursed or charged for the difference in material square footage.
What happens if the installation isn't perfect when I purchsed the Measurement Guarantee?
If you purchased the Measurement Guarantee, GreenScenes is responsible for additional costs associated with reprints and arranging an additonal Graphic Installation appointment (if applicable).

INSTALLATION

Do you install onsite?
Yes! GreenScenes comes directly to your home or office to install your interior graphics.
How do you arrange the installation?
Your order conceirge will be in contact within 2-4 business days of you placing your order to arrange the earliest and most convenient installation time possible. Please note that depending on the season, the availability of installers may be limited.
Are your installers certified
Yes! GreenScenes works with certified installers.
Can you install anywhere?
Yes! GreenScenes has certified installation partners nationwide, enabling us to come directly to your location to install your interior graphics.
How long does it take for graphics to be installed?
This depends on the size of your interior graphics. Your Order Concierge will establish and communicate a necessary window of time for the installation to be completed.
What do I need to do to prepare for installation?
In order for GreenScenes to install, all installation surfaces need to be clear of fixtures, furniture, picture frame, devices, counters, or cabinets. There needs to be three feet of space cleared around the surface to be installed on. If these requirements are not met when we arrive for your installation appointment, you will be subject to additional charges for an additional installation appointment.
Do I need to be there for installation?
Our installer will need someone there upon arrival to allow access to the site.
What if I need to cancel my installation appointment?
If you need to cancel, reach out to your Order Concierge as soon as possible. If you cancel within 48 hours of the installation, you will be subject to additional fees.
What happens if there's an issue with incorrect measurements during installation?
If you have not properly prepared the space for installation, you will be subject to additional charges for an additional installation appointment. View requirements for your Graphic Installation appoinment here.

If the interior graphics do not fit properly within the space due to the provided measurements being incorrect, you will be subject to pay for the graphics to be reprinted and for a second installation. If the interior graphics do not fit properly within the space and you purchased the Measurement Guarantee survey, GreenScenes is responsible to reprint and arrange a second installation Appointment.

SUSTAINABILITY

How are GreenScenes' graphics sustainable?
GreenScenes is a division of SuperGraphics, the inventor of the EcoFormat® Sustainability Initiative and an SGP-certified print facility. GreenScenes follows the same EcoFormat® materials and processes as SuperGraphics, guaranteeing that interior graphics from GreenScenes contribute to zero landfill waste.
What makes EcoFormat® materials sustainable?
EcoFormat® materials are free of Polyvinyl chloride(PVC), a non-recyclable plastic that is both harmful to manufacture and biodegrade. GreenScenes also offers EcoFormat® Recycling, as they've partnered with a local recycler that is capable of giving a clean second use to all PVC-free materials. All waste is converted to GigaFuel, a low-carbon fuel substitute used for energy production.
How is GreenScenes' production process sustainable?
GreenScenes follows the EcoFormat™ Sustainability Cycle, resulting in zero landfill waste production from start to finish.
Is the installation process sustainable?
Yes! Any waste produced during the installation process is returned to GreenScenes for EcoFormat® Recycling.
What is an SGP Certified Facility?
GreenScenes is a division of SuperGraphics, the only commercial and large format printer in Washington to achieve SGP Certification. SGP is the leading non-profit accreditation organization for sustainability in printing and manufacturing operations. Becoming SGP Certified was a two-year process that has helped SuperGraphics implement best waste reduction practices, improve process efficientcies, conserve energy, lower our carbon footprint, create a safer workplace, and adopt comprehensive annual continuous improvement programs.
Is EcoFormat® offered anywhere else?
EcoFormat® is currently only offered at GreenScenes and its parent company, SuperGraphics.
If we remove the interior graphics, can they be recycled?
Yes! These materials are non-recyclable through your traditional state recyclers. However, if you return your used graphics to GreenScenes, they can be recycled through our EcoFormat&reg Recycling partnership. Customers are responsible for freight to our Seattle facility.
